For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order. Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. Resort Site means that part of Burswood Island as is shown bordered red on Lands and Surveys Miscellaneous Plan 1512 but does not include the Site Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application. Operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations ĮND USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services. Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
